Niagara Marketplace, a subsidiary of Honeywell, serves as a comprehensive platform for purchasing software and hardware solutions. For this project, I spearheaded the redesign of their existing website, focusing on enhancing the user experience (UX) through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to UX principles.
Throughout the redesign process, customer feedback played a crucial role in shaping the direction and refinement of the website. In addition to the website redesign, I also conceptualised and created over 100 screens, including dashboards and innovative features. These screens were designed with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and functionality, ensuring that users could easily understand and leverage the new features to their advantage.
Furthermore, I oversaw the UI design process and collaborated closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of the redesign, maintaining consistency and quality across all aspects of the project.
